Terms & Condition
Last Updated: 25 September 2026
Welcome to Manokam by Kamal Fine Jewels (“Manokam”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of jewellery, gemstones and related products or services from Manokam.
By accessing our website, placing an order, booking an appointment or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Manokam
Manokam by Kamal Fine Jewels offers jewellery featuring lab-grown diamonds, gemstones and precious metals through our online platform and other authorised sales channels.
Our collections may include rings, earrings, bracelets, bangles, necklaces, pendants and other jewellery, including customised and made-to-order pieces.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, videos, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, jewellery is a precision product and minor variations may occur due to manufacturing, finishing, stone setting and other factors.
Product images may be enlarged or digitally presented to show details clearly. The actual appearance, dimensions and proportions of a product may therefore differ from how it appears on your screen.
Colours may also vary depending on lighting, photography and your device/display settings.
3. Lab-Grown Diamonds
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, diamonds described as lab-grown diamonds are laboratory-grown rather than naturally mined diamonds.
Diamond specifications, including carat weight, colour, clarity and other characteristics, will be based on the product description, invoice and/or applicable certification.
Where a particular diamond or jewellery piece is sold with certification, the relevant certificate details will be provided as applicable.
4. Natural Gemstones
Natural gemstones may contain variations in colour, tone, transparency, inclusions, texture and other characteristics.
Such natural variations are part of the individual characteristics of gemstones and do not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.
Images of gemstones on the website are representative of their appearance. The actual stone may vary slightly due to natural characteristics, lighting and screen reproduction.
5. Gold & Precious Metals
The purity and metal specification applicable to a jewellery piece will be stated on the relevant product information and/or invoice.
The final weight of handcrafted or made-to-order jewellery may vary slightly from the estimated weight displayed or quoted due to manufacturing and finishing tolerances.
Where applicable, jewellery will be hallmarked or marked in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
6. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice unless an order has already been accepted at a confirmed price.
Product prices may depend on factors including:
* Precious-metal value
* Diamond or gemstone specifications
* Product weight and size
* Design and customisation requirements
* Applicable taxes
* Certification, where applicable
Any applicable GST, duties, shipping charges or other charges will be displayed or communicated as applicable.
A pricing or typographical error on the website does not require us to fulfil an order at an obviously incorrect price. If such an error affects an order, we will contact you and provide the available options, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.
7. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.
An order is considered accepted after we have confirmed the order and successfully received the required payment or payment authorisation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
* Incorrect product or pricing information
* Payment failure
* Suspected fraudulent activity
* Product unavailability
* Inability to fulfil a customisation request
* Legal or regulatory restrictions
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
8. Payments
Payments must be made through the payment methods made available by Manokam.
Depending on availability, these may include UPI, cards, net banking, bank transfer or authorised payment gateways.
An order may not enter production or be dispatched until the required payment has been successfully received or confirmed.
Customers should never disclose their OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, banking password or similar authentication credentials to anyone claiming to represent Manokam.
9. Customised & Made-to-Order Jewellery
Customised, personalised, engraved, resized or specially manufactured jewellery is produced according to the customer’s approved specifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing details such as:
* Design
* Size
* Metal colour
* Metal purity
* Diamond/gemstone specifications
* Engraving
* Personalisation
* Other requested modifications
Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may involve additional charges.
Customised, engraved, personalised or specially manufactured products may not be eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law or where the product has a verified manufacturing defect or differs materially from the confirmed order specifications.
10. Ring Size & Product Measurements
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate ring size, bracelet size, bangle size, chain length or other relevant measurements.
If resizing is technically possible, additional charges, shipping costs and processing time may apply.
Some designs, including certain eternity bands or intricate stone-set jewellery, may have limited resizing possibilities.
11. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
An order may be cancelled before production or processing has commenced, subject to its order status.
Once production has commenced for a customised, personalised or made-to-order product, cancellation may not be available.
Any cancellation or refund will also remain subject to our applicable Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
12. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may vary because of production requirements, courier operations, location, weather, public holidays, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Where applicable, customers should inspect the package at delivery and promptly notify us if it appears materially damaged, tampered with or otherwise compromised.
13. International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in writing, such destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International deliveries may also be delayed by customs or regulatory procedures outside Manokam’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase can legally be imported into their destination country.
14. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our separate Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Eligibility may depend on the product category, condition, customisation, order type and reason for return.
Products returned to us must meet the conditions stated in the applicable policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
15. Certification
Where a product is specifically represented as including an independent laboratory certificate, the certificate will relate to the diamond, gemstone or jewellery item identified in that certificate.
Customers should preserve original certificates provided with their purchase.
Loss, damage or alteration of a certificate may affect certain return, exchange, resale or service requests where verification is required.
16. Jewellery Care
Fine jewellery requires appropriate care.
Customers should avoid exposing jewellery unnecessarily to harsh chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, chlorine, excessive impact or abrasive materials.
Normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, improper handling, loss of stones resulting from impact, unauthorised repair or damage caused by misuse may not constitute a manufacturing defect.
17. Warranty & Manufacturing Defects
Where Manokam provides a warranty or after-sales service for a product, its scope will be governed by the warranty or service terms communicated with that product.
If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order details and supporting photographs or videos where reasonably requested.
The product may need to be inspected before we determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect and what remedy is appropriate.
18. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Manokam, including our brand name, logo, jewellery designs, product photographs, videos, graphics, website layout, text and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to Manokam unless otherwise stated.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited or used without appropriate authorisation.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, logistics providers, analytics platforms and social-media services.
Manokam is not responsible for independent third-party services or websites outside our control. Their use may be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manokam will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability or consumer rights where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
22. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website and services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.
