Day-to-Day Care & Cleaning

• Gentle Home Cleaning: Regularly clean your ring with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, use a mild solution of warm water and gentle dish soap, along with a soft toothbrush to carefully clean around the setting and other hard-to-reach areas.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from common chemicals such as shampoo, lotion, perfume, cleaning sprays, and other household products. These can leave a residue on the diamond and reduce its brilliance. If your ring comes into contact with any such product, rinse it thoroughly with clean water.
• Protect Your Ring During Activities: We recommend removing your ring before exercising, swimming, showering, washing dishes, or engaging in activities involving impact or prolonged exposure to water. Impact can loosen the stone, while chlorine and other chemicals may affect the metal.
• Proper Storage: When you're not wearing your ring, store it in a soft, lined jewelry box or pouch, preferably separately from other pieces. While diamonds are exceptionally durable, they can scratch other jewelry and may also damage delicate pieces stored alongside them.

Annual Cleaning: We offer one complimentary cleaning service per year. Simply bring your Manokam jewelry to us, and our team will carefully clean and inspect your piece.

Important Service Notes

• Resizing: Complimentary resizing is available for single solitaire settings on a one-time basis, limited to ±1 full ring size.
• Stone Setting: If a mounted stone becomes loose or dislodged, Manokam will reset it free of charge. Please note that Manokam cannot replace a diamond or gemstone that has been lost.
• Validity: Complimentary services are void if the jewelry has been repaired, altered, resized, or worked on by a third-party jeweler.
